year 1904-1905.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as fol-
lo�?� e
spn.t.ion 1. That there be and hereby is fixed and levied a pro-
perty tax for the .f.isc^.? year of 1904-1905 of. 61 cents
on each one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of all real
and nersongl ;property within the corporate limits of the City of
Anaheim, for the ordinary,,, anrna.al expenditures of said City.
Sec. 2. That there be and hereby is fixed and levied a property
tax tllo fiscal year 1904-19^5 of. Is Bentson each one
hundred dollars of the assessed valuaticn of all real and personal
property within the corrorate limits of the City of. Anaheim, for the
purpose of 1 -ay n r the anna ,,n,! i.ntere8t of the indebtedness of said
City, incurred for the purpose of constructing a City Hall, for tie
extension and completion of the City water works, for the grading
and iiiprovement of st,leets and the purchase of property for the
fire department, together with one -twentieth of said indebtednrss.
Sec. 3. That there be and hereby is fixed and levied a pro-
perty tax for the fiscal year 1904-1905 of I cents on each
one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of all real and per-
sonal ?property within the corporate li.inits of the City of Anaheim,
for the purpose of paying the annual interest of the indebtedness
of said City, incurred for the purpose of constructing and erecting
a city electric light plant, together with one -fortieth of such
indebtedness.
Sec. 4. That therebe and hereby is fixed and levied a property
tax for t1le fiscal year 1904-11,105 of

personal property within the corporate limits of the City of Anaheim,

tax for the fiscal year 1904-1935 of �1 cents on each one

property within the corporate l; m i t .3 of the City of AnaheiM, for
the purpose of maintaining the Public Library of said City.

ordinance and rause the. same to be published once in the Anaheim
Weeklu Ga?ette, a nervspa.per printed, published and circulated in
the City of Anaheim, and thereupon and thereafter it shall take
effect and be in full force.
