An ordinance fixing and levying
property tax on all property within th
corporate lirnits of the City ef. Anaheim
for the fiscal year 1905-1906.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheir
do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That there be and hereby is fixe,
and levied a proper t tax for the fiscal yea
1905.1906 of seventy-f�ve cents on each one bun
dred dollars of the assessed valuation of a]
real and personal property within the corpoc
ate limits of the City of Anaheim for the ordi
naryannual expenditures of said City.
Section 2. That there be and hereby is flxei
and levied a property tax for the fiscal Yyea
1905.1906 of sixteen cents on each one bun

dollars of the assessed valuation of all real ane
personal property within the corporate limits
of the City of Anaheim, for the purpose of pay
ing the annual interest of the indebtedness o.
said City incurred for the purpose of construct
Ing a City Hall, for the extension and comple
tion of the City Water Works, for the grading
and improvement of streets and the purchast
of property for the fire department,-togethei
with one -twentieth of said indebtedness.
Section 9. That there be and Hereby is fixed
and levied a property tax for the fiscal year
1905-1906 of seven cents on each one hundred
dollars of the assessed valuation of all real and
personal property within the corporate limits
of the City of Anaheim, for the par ppoose of pay.
Ing the annual interest of the indebtedness of
said City incurred for the purpose of construct-
ing and erecting a City Electric Light Plant,
together with one -fortieth of said indebtedness.
Section 4. That there bq and hereby is fixed
and levied a property tax for the fiscal ear
1905-1906 of twenty cents on each one hundred
dollars of the assessed valuation of all real and
personal property within the corporate limits
of the City of Anaheim, for the par so of pay-
ing the annual interest of the indebtedness of
said City incurred for the purpose of the ex-
tension and improvement of the City Water
Works and for the"lmprovement of the Electric
Light Plant, together with one -fortieth of such
