City, on Monday, June 20th, 1910. WHEREAS, at the general municipal election held in the City of Anaheim, State of California, on April ll-VIIt 1910, only two of the candidates for Vie office of nembpr of the Board of Trustees of said City received the highest number of votes given for sn--h office, and two of the other candidates for such office received an equal riiLqiber of votes; and WHEREAS, at said, general municipal election the electors of said City were called upon to vote for three members of the Board of Trustees of said City; and WHEREAS, by reason of said tie vote it becomes necessary to hold a special election in said, City, as required by law, to fill such office of membpr of the 3oard of Trustees: Now therefore, The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim.do ordain as f 0 110 w S : Section 1.
