THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does hereby declare that it intends to vacate, abandon and close to
public use an unnamed street and public street easement described
as the Easterly 25 feet of Block ISD" of Heimann and Sorrensenrs
Addition Building Lots, as shown on a map recorded in Book 3, page
144 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
including an easement for alley purposes over the Easterly 25 feet
of the alley between Lots 6 and 7 in said Block "D".
SECTION 2. That reference is hereby made to a map on file
in the Office of the City Clerk for further particulars as.to the
proposed vacation, abandonment and closing to public use of said
unnamed street and public street easement and alley easement.
SECTION 3. That October 11, 1951, at 1:30 o1clock P.M. in
the City Hall of the City of Anaheim is hereby fixed as the time and
place of public hearing on the matter of such vacation, abandon—
ment and closing to public use of said unnamed street and public
street easement and alley easement for all persons interested in
or objecting to such proposed vacation, abandonment and closing to
ublic use.
SECTION 4. That notices of such proposed street and
1 oublic street ease-ment and, alley easemient vacatul-on, abandonment -
2 and closinc- to public use shall be posted conspicuously along the
3 line of said. unnamed street and public street easement and alley
4 easement not more than 300 feet apart, and not less than three such
5 notices shall be so posted. Such notices shall state the passage
6 of this ordinance of Intention and the time and place of hearing
7 thereof.
8 SECTION b: The City Cler'-7 shall certify to the passage of
9 this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed and published
10 once In the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation,
11 printed, published and circulated in said City at least ten days
12 before the date of said hearing.
