AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Coun-
cil of the City of Anaheim does
hereby declare that It intends to
vacate, abandon and close to pub-
lic use an alley and an easement I
for alley piuposes upon, over and
along a strip -16 feet wide and
188.55 feet in length, located be-
tween Lots 1 and ^ of Tract 525 as
shown on a nia.p thereof recorded
in Book 32, Page 35, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
SECTION 2. That reference is
hereby made to a map on file in
the Office of the City Clerk for
further particulars as to the pro
posed vacation, abandonment and
closing to public use of said alley
and easement for alley purposes.
SECTION 3. That January .22,
1952 at 8 o'clock P. 11I. in the City
Hall of the City of Anaheim is
hereby fixed as the time and place
of public hearing on the matter of
such vacation. abandonment and
closing to public use of said alley
and easement for alley purpases
for all persons interested in or ob-
jecting to such proposed vacation,
ab.ondonment and closing to puhlic
use to appear and show cause, if
any they have, why such alley and
easement for alley purposes should
not be vacated, abandoned, and
closed to public use.
SECTION 4. Thq noticed of such
proposed vacation and abandon-
ment and closing to public use of
said alley and easement for alley
purposes shall be posted conspicu-
ously along- the . line of said alley
