ed from time to time by resolu-
tion of the City Council. Any
person who shall refuse to pay
such charges shall not ciis-
charge any industrial wastes

heim, and upon direction of the
City Council, the City Engineer
shall cnt off the premises of
such person from the use of
a,ny sewer, sewer pipe or muni-

dustrial wastes.
(8) If the charges as fixed,
levied and assessed,
as pro;vid-
od in the preceding paragraph
of this section, for the dis-
charge of industrial waste
into
the public sewerage system of
the City of Anaheim or into
any municipal industrial waste
Pipe line of Said City shall not
be paid on or before thirty (30)
days from the date :such charges
accrue, there shall be added
thereto ten (105,) per cent of
the amount thereof
as an addi-
tional penalty, which shall con-
stitute a debt against the per-
son, firm or corporation,'charge-
able therewith in favor of the
City and map be collected by
suit instituted in any court of
competent
.jurisdiction.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this or
dinance
and shall cause the same
to be published once
within fifteen
(15) days from the date of its
adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a daily newspaper, printed, pub -
lashed
and circulated in tho City
of Anaheim and hereby designated
for that purport and thirty (3o)
days from and after its
final pass-
age shall take effect and be in
full force.

SECTION 1: That Section 12 of Ordinance No. 667 0£ the
City of Anaheim entitled "AN ORDITTAT?CE REGULATING THE USF OF
PUBLIC S7WERS" be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
SR"TION 12: CHARGES FOR DISPOSAL OF INDUSTRIAL YTASTFS.
�a) At any time hereafter the City Council shall
have the r3_S:ht to make charges for the discharge

of _ndustrial wastes into the public sewerage
system of the City of Anaheim, or into any -zunici- i
