AN ORDINANCE DECLARING
THE INTENTION OF TILE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM TO VACATE AND
ABANDON CERTAIN PORTIONS
OF A PUBLIC STREET, AND
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF PUB-
LIC ALLEYS AND TO ABAND-
ON THE :EASEMENT UPON.
OVER AND ACROSS THE SAME,
AND FIXING A TIME AND
PLACE FOR A HEARING
THEREON AND DIRECTING
THE POSTING OF NOTICES
THEREOF AND THE PUBLI-
CATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Coun-
ell of the City of Anaheim does
hereby declare its intention to va-
(cate, abandon and close to public
use a public street in the City of
Anaheim and an easement for street
(purposes upon, over and along the
following described property:
That portion of Kroeger Street
as shown on a map of Theodore
Reiser's Subdivision f Vine-
yard Lot G-2 in the 'ty of An-

25, page 30, Misc alane us Rec-
ords of Orange County Califor-
nia, bounded on the South by
the Westerly prolongation of
the South line. of Lot 1 of Block
C, and on the North by a line
parallel with the North line of
Lot 28 of Block C, said line be-
ing 10 feet Southerly of the
North line. of Lot 28.
SECTION 2. That the City Coun-
cil of the City of Anaheim - doee
hereby declare that it intends to
vacate, abandon and close to public

upon, over and along the following

South by the North line of Lot

the South line of Lots 26, 27 and
28.

the Office of the City Clerk for fur-
ther particulars as to the proposed
vacation, abandonment and closing
to public use of said public street
and public alleys and easements for
street and alley purposes.
SECTION 4: That the 26 day of,
February, 1952, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
in the City Hall of the City of An-
aheim is hereby fixed as the time
and place of public hearing on the
matter of such vacation, abandon-
ment and closing to public use of
said street and alleys and ease-
ment for street and alley purposes
for all persons interested in or ob-
jecting to such proposed vacation
and abandonment and closing to
public use thereof, to appear and
show cause,:if any they have, why
such public street and alleys and
easements for street and alley pur-
poses upon, over and, across the

public alleys not more than 300 feet apart and not less than three
such notices shall be so posted. Such notices shall state the
passage of this Ordinaace of intention and the tine and place of
hearing thereof.

of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed and pub—
