1WIE'REAS, the City Planning Commission of the ;ity of Ana -
beim did heretofore duly pass and a dopt a resolution declaring
its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones herein-
after mentioned and described and uid fix a time and place for t1 -e
lholding of public hearings thereon in the manner and as prescribed
in Ordinance No. 774 of the City of Anaheim, and did duly hold and
conduct two public hearings to consider such proposed change of
zones and did receive evidence and reports from persons interested
'therein; and
WHFRTAS, within a period of forty ( 40) days following the
final hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announce
by formal resolution its findings of facts and declare its reasons
and opinions for recoTnmendin� an amendment to said ordinance to
effect the proposed changes of the boundaries of the zones here-
inafter
ereinafter mentioned and described; and
upon receipt of the report and recommendation of
the City Planning Commission, the City Council did thereupon fix
the 8th day of January, 1952, as the time and the Council Chambers
in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public
hearing upon said proposed change of zones and did give notice
thereof in the manner and as provided in said Ordinance No. 774;
