2 I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING
A COMPREHENSIVE ORDINANCE CODE TO BE KNOWN
3;�; AND DESIGNATED AS THE"ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE" AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
4 OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT WITH SAID CODE.
5�1 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
6� SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Sections
7� 36970 and 36971 of the Government Code of the State of California,
8 the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby adopt as a
9 comprehensive ordinance code that certain document or code entitled
10 "Anaheim Municipal Code', three (3) copies of which have been filed
11 in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim on the
12 day of , 1952, for examination by the public.
13 61 SEC ON 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con -
14 flict with said code are hereby repealed.
15 SECTION 3. It is hereby ordained that said Anaheim Munici-
16 pal Code be adopted by reference and that said code need not be
17 published. .�
18 SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
19 and adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
201 published once,within fifteen (15) days from and after the date of
211 passage, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-

22 tion printed, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and
23 thirt)r (30) days from and after its final passage it shall be in
24 full force and effect.
