CODE RELATING TO THE ES-
TABLISHMENT OF ZONES IN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
THEREIN REGULATING THE
TTSE" OF LAND, HEIGHT .OF
BUILDINGS AND YARD SPA-
CES; ADOPTING A MAP SHOW-
ING THE BOUNDARIES OF
SAID ZONES; DEFINING THE
TERMS USED THEREIN; PRO-
VIDING FOR ADJUSTMENT,
AMENDMENT AND ENFORCE-
MENT; PRESCRIBING PENAL-
TIES FOR VIOLATION AND
REPEALING ALL SECTIONS
OR PARTS OF SECTIONS IN
TONFLICTHE CITYTCOUNC LTH. OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DOTES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Planning
Commission of the City of Anaheim
did heretofore duly pass and adopt
a resolution declaring its intention
to change the boundaries of the
zone or' zones hereinafter mention-
ed and described and fix a time ani

and did duly hold and conduct two j

and did receive evidence and re-

Resolution No. 1978 of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the
report and recommendation of the
City Planning Commission, the City
Council did fix the I0th day of
June, 1952, as the time, and the
Council Chambers in the. City Hall
of theCityof Anaheim as the place,
for a public hearing upon said pro-
posedchange or changes of zone
and did give notice thereof in the
manner and as provided in said
Article IX, CgApter 2 of the Ana-
heim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place
fixed for said public hearing the
City Council did hold and conduct
such public hearing and did give
all persons interested therein an
opportunity to be heard and did
receive evidence .and reports and
did thereupon consider the recom-
mendations of the City Planning
Commission and did thereupon
adopt Resolution No. 1978 finding
and determining that a change or
changes of zone should be made as
set forth .in said resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY
COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF ANA-
HEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Article IX, Chapter -2 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code "establish-
ing zones in the City of Anaheim
and therein regulating the use of
land, height of buildings and yard
'spaces; adopting a map. showing
the boundaries Of said zone; defin-
ing the terms used in said Articie
and Chapter; providing for amend-
ment and enforcement thereof;
