AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 161 OF THE -1 CITY
OF ANAHEIM, ENTITLED, "Al`i ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMP1,MSATION OF
CERTAIN OFFICERS OF THE CITY 01' ANAHEIM" PASSED AND ADOI=TED BY
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SAID CITY ON THE 29TH DAY OF MARCH 1904.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as follow
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 161 of the City of
;Anaheim, entitled, "An Ordinance fixing the compensation of certain
:,officers of the City of Anaheim," which said ordinance was passed
and
adopted at a
regular meeting of
the Board of
Trustees
of
said
City
held on the
29th day of March,
1904, be and
the same
is
hereby
amended to read as follows;
"Section 1. That the compensation of the City Clerk and ex-offi

io assessor of said city is hereby fixed at/,,per month
payable monthly, :md he is hereby allowed the sum of 1150.00 per
annum for clerical assistance in his office."
Section 2, All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall certify
to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published once in "The Orange County Plain Dealer" a newspaper of
general circulation printed, published and circulated in said City
of Anaheim. Said Ordinance shall take effect and ba in full force
on and after the 20th day of April, 1914.
The foregoing Ordinance is signed, approved and Aa4e4,terl by
