It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or

h corporation, to sell, vend or distribute any meat or meat pro-
duct, fruit oT vegetable from, any cart, wagon or other comveyonce,
public
or any taiapmrary stand or counter on those portions of the/ streets f
of said city —
jrieroita design ted as follows, to-wit: On Center Street between

d Clementine Street and Philadelphia Street in said City of Anaheim,
and on Los Angeles Street between Broadway Street and Chartres
Street in said City of Anaheim, and on Lemon Street between Brwadw
Street and Chartre:4 3 Street.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall not apply to any-person or persons,

firm or cor-oration who shall sell or deliver any such meat,
fruits or vegetables to any licensed dealer of such products, of
!� to the sale or delivery thereof to dwelling houses or to an

Person3 conducting regularly licensed lunch carts or wagons in
accordance with the Ordinances of said City.
SECTION 3.
Any person, or persons, firm or corporation, violating any of
the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a.mis-
de4weanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine 4
not ,,ore then one hundred (100.00) Dollars, or by imprisonment
in the City Jail for not more then fifty (50) days, or by both suc]
fine and imprisonment.
SECTION 4.

All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict with the
I Provisions of this Ordinances are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5.

The City Clerk of the Cit of Anaheim shall certify t_qthe

Passage of this Ordinance, and cause the same to be published once
in the "Anaheim Gazette", a weekly newspaper, of a general
character, printed, published and circulated in the r j tv of
Anaheim, and thirty days from and after its find. paaahge
it shall take effect and be in full force.
The foregoing Ordinance was signed, approved and attested
