Ordinance No. 25L AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDI- NANCE NO. 170 OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, ENTITLED "AN ORDI- NANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF BUSINESS CAR- R!ED ON IN THE CITY OF ANA- HEIM," PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ON THE 22ND DAY OF AUGUST, 1905, AS THE SAME WAS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 186 OF SAID CITY, ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 170, ENTITLED 'AN ORDINANCE FOR THE LICENSING OF BUSINESS CARRIED ON IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, PASSED AUGUST 22ND, 1905', PASSED JULY 26TH, 1906," By AMENDING CERTAIN SEC- TIONS THEREOF. Section 2. That section 20 of said Ordi- nance No. 170, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 20. For every street exhibitor, for pay or to attract customers, and for every vendor of wares and merchandise, except as provided in,Section 22 of this - ordinance, who shall sell or offer for sale such wares or merchandise by public out- cry on any public street 'tt said city, five ($5.00) dollars per day.
