AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 16 OF ORDINANCE NO. 170 OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF BUSINESS CARRIED ON IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM," PASSED AND ADOPT- ED ON THE 22ND DAY OF AU- GUST, 1905. The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as follows: Section 1. That Section 16 of Ordinance No. 170 of the City of Anaheim, entitled "An ordinance providing for the licensing I of business carried on in the City of Ana- heim," which said ordinance was passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim on the 22nd day of August, 1905, be, and the same is hereby repealed. Section 2. The Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be Published once in the Anaheim Gazette, a weekly newspaper of a general character, printed, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and thirty days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
