COUNTY OF ORANGE. being first duly 'worn, deposes a says: That at all times hereinafter mentioned.. he was a citizen Of the United States, over the age of eighteen years, and a resident. of -aid county, and was at and during all said times the printer, publisher and proprietor of the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published weekly in the City of Anaheim, in said County of Orange, State of California; that said Anaheim Gazette is and was at all times herein mentioned, a newspaper of general circulation and is published for the dissemination of local and telegraphic news and intel- ligence of a general character, having a bona fide subscription list of pay- ing subscribers; that at all said t,itnes said newspaper had been established, printed and published in the said City of Anaheim, in said County and State at regular intervals for more than one year preceding the first publi- cation -of the potiee herein me ned; that the.' ....................... -`_ -, ,-���._ of which the ....................... annexed is a pri d copy, was published and printed in said newspaper at least...... days, commencing on the m'a ..day of ... ...... .111151115- ....1911;' and ending on the --- :...... y of ............... ...190.. ,both days inclusive, and as often during said time as said newspaper was regularly issued; that is to say, on the following dates, to -wit: Ordinance No. 258. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINA CE NO. 182 OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HOLDING REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM," PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE 26TH DAY OF JUNE, 1906. The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as follows: Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 182 of the City of Anaheim, entitled "An ordinance fixing the time and place of holding regular meetings of the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim,", passed and adopted on the 26th day of June, 1906, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1. That regular meetings of. the Board of Trustees of the City of Ana- heim shall be held at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, at the hour of -eight o'clock fn the afternoon, unless such i day falls upon a legal holiday, In which event such regular meeting shall be held, on the next succeeding day which is not a legal holiday, at the hour of eight o'clock in the afternoon of such day." Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. The Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall certify to the passage of this ordinances,- and .cause the same to be published once in the Anaheim Gazette, a weekly newspaper of a general character,> printed, published and circulated in the said City of Anaheim and thirty days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
