The -Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim do ordain as follows, to -wit:
SECTION 1. Throughout this ordinance
the Northeast corner shall be under-
stood to mean the junction of the North
and East curb lines of the intersecting
streets; the Southeast corner shall be
understood to mean the junction of the
South and East curb lines of the inter-
secting streets; the Southwest corner
shall be understood to mean the junc-
tion of the South and West curb lines
of the intersecting streets, and the North-
west corner shall be understood to mean
the junction of the North and West
curb lines of the intersecting streets.
SECTION 2. The grades in this or-
dinance shall be understood to be the dis-
tance in feet above the datum plane One
hundred fifty-two and three -hundredths
(152.03) feet below a standard bench
mark on the iron door plate at the North-
west corner of the Metz Block as hereto-
fore established by Ordinance No. 98
of the City of Anaheim, entitled "AN OR-
DINANCE ESTABLISHING A DATUM
PLANE AND DESIGNATING BENCH
MARKS THEREIN."
SECTION 3. The grade of the North-
erly curb of East Broadway Street from
its intersection with the extended East-
erly curb of South Atchison Street to
its intersection with the extended West-
erly curb of South Vine Street is hereby
established as follows: The Northerly
curb of East Broadway Street at its in-
tersection with the extended Easterly
curb of South Atchison Street, shall be
One hundred fifty-seven and twenty-five
hundredths (157.25) feet. The North-
erly curb of East Broadway Street at
its intersection with the extended West-
erly curb of South Orange Street, shall
be One hundred fifty-eight and sixty
hundredts (158.60) feet. The Northerly
curb of East Broadway Street at its in-
tersection with the extended Easterly
curb of South Orange Street shall be One
hundred fifty-eight and eighty hund-
redths (158.80) feet The Northerly curb
of East Broadway Street at its inter-
section with the extended Westerly curb
of South Vine Street shall be One hund-
red and fifty-nine (159) feet.
SECTION 4. The grade of South Clau-
dina Street from East South Street to
the Southerly line of The South Street
Tract Anhex as shown on a map record-
ed in Book 9 Page 7 Miscellaneous Maps
of Orange County, California, is hereby
established as follows: At the intersec-
tion of South Claudina Street and East
South Street the Southeast corner shall
be One hundred and forty-nine and five
hundredths (149.05) feet; the Southwest
corner shall be One hundred forty-eight
and ninety hundredths (148.90) feet. The
Easterly curb of South Claudina Street,
at its intersection with the Southerly
line of the South Street Tract Annex
shall be One hundred forty-eight and
seventy hundredths (148.70) feet. The
Westerly curb of South Claudina Street
at its intersection with the Southerly
line of the South Street shall be One
hundred forty-eight and fifty-five hund-
redths (148.55) feet.
SECTION 5. The grade of South Phil-
adelphia Street from East South Street
to the Southerly line of The South Street
Tract Annex as shown on a map re-
corded in Book 9 Page 7 Miscellaneous
Maps of Orange County, California, is
hereby established as follows: At the in-
tersection of South Philadelphia Street
and East South Street, the Southeast
corner shall be One hundred fifty and
ten hundredths (150.10) feet, and the
Southwest corner shall be One hundred
forty-nine and ninety-five hundredths
(149.95) feet. The Easterly curb of South
Philadelphia Street at its intersection
with the Southerly line of the South
Street Tract Annex, shall be One hund-
red fifty and fifty hundredths (150.50)
feet. The Westerly curb of South Phil-
adelphia Street at its intersection with
the Southerly line of the South Sreet
Tract Annex shall be One hundred fifty
and thirty hundredths (150.30) feet.
SECTION 6. The grade of Zeyn
Street from West North Street to Wil-
helmina Street is hereby established as
follows: At the intersection of Zeyn Street
and West North Street the South East
corner shall be One hundred fifty and
twenty hundredths (150.20) feet. The
Southwest corner shall be One hundred
and fifty (150) feet. At the intersection
of Zeyn Street and Wilhelmina Street
the Northeast corner shall be One hund-
red fifty and ninety-five hundredths
(150.95) feet. The northwest corner shall
be One hundred fifty and seventy-five
hundredths (150.75) feet.
SECTION 7. The grade of West Va-
lencia Avenue from South Lemon Street
to the Easterly line of Tract No. 11 as
shown on a map recorded in Book 9 Page
11 Miscellaneous Maps of Orange Coun-
ty, California, is hereby established as
follows: At the intersection of West Va-
lencia Avenue and South Lemon Street
the Northeast corner shall be One hund-
red forty-six (146) feet; the Southeast
corner shall be One hundred forty-five
and eighty hundredths (145.80) feet; the
Northerly curb of West Valencia Ave-
nue at its intersection with the East-
erly line of Tract No. 11 shall be One!
hundred forty-six and fifty hundredths!
(146.50) feet; the Southerly curb of West'
Valencia Avenue at its intersection with
the Easterly line of Tract No. 11 shall;
be One hundred forty-six and thirty!
hundredths (146.30) feet.
SECTION 8. All Ordinances or parts.
of Ordinances in conflict with the pro-'
visions of this ordinance are hereby re
pealed.
SECTION 9. The City Clerk of the
City of Anaheim shall certify to the pas-
sage of this Ordinance and shall causei
the same to be published once in the',
Anaheim Gazette a newspaper of general'
circulation, printed, published and cir
culated in the City of Anaheim, and
thirty days from and after its final pas-
sage, it shall take effect and be in full
force.
The foregoing ordinance is signed, ap-
