That Ordinance No. 277 JJJ of the City of Anaheim, entitled "An Or- dinance Prohibiting the Obstruction of. Traffic on the Public. Streets of the City of Anaheim," passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the said city on the, first day of June, 1914, be, and the same is amended by adding a new section' i thereto to be numbered and designated i �. yr as Section ` 2A. The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall certify to the pas- sage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Anaheim Ga- zette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and thirty days there- from and thereafter, it shall take effect and be in full force.
