OF SAID CITY.
The Board. of Trustees': of the City of
Anaheim do ordain.as follows;

$IIC'1 ON . 1, It shall be unlawful for
any .person except members of the fire,
polios and .O*giheering departments of
said' City of'_,.A.naheim, to operate or
1 drive; or cause to, be operated or driven,
on any of the, public streets or alleys in If
said city, any automobile, truck, motor-
cycle, bicycle, wagon, I buggy, or otherve- {
hieie, o as' to approach within three !
hundred (300) -feet of the rear of any
fire truck lire, engine or other vehicle
used for the transportation of fire fight-
ing apparatus- to and- from fires, while .

i SECTION 2.' Any, person who shall
violate any of the provisions of this or-
dinanoe shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanon and upon conviction thereof

by imttrbounment in the city jail of said
city or in the county jail of the County
of Orange, for not more than thirty (30)
days; or by both such fine and imprison-
