AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE HOLDING OF A GENERAL MUNICIPAL
ELECTION IN TNG' CITY OF ANAHEI1711 ON THE SECOND MONDAY. IN APRIL)

The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do or-
dain as follows:
Section 1. That a, general municipal election shall be
held at and within the City of Anaheim on the second jronday in
April, 1924, to -wit: on the 14th day of April, 1924, for the
purpose of electing the following officers of said City, to -wit:
1. Two members of the Board of Trustees for the full term of
four years.
2. Two members of the Board of Trustees for the short term of
two years.
3. one clerk.
4. one treasurer.
Section 2. That there shall be submitted to the
qualified electors of said City at such election the question
whether or not the several members of the Board of Trustees of
said City shall receive the sum of Fifty Dollars (150.00) per
month each for their services as such members of said Board of
Trustees, and that there shall be printed on the ballots used

Union High School, at the Northwest corner of the intersection o

county precincts "Anaheim Precinct Ato. 2" and "Anaheim Precinct
No. 3", and the polling place thereof shall be at the office of
the Ford -Lincoln & Fordson Agency at No. 320 North Los Angeles
Street.
Consolidated noting Precinct "C" comprising state and
county precincts "Anaheim Precinct No. 4" and "Anaheim Precinct
No. 1211, and the polling place thereof shall be at the office of
the Johnson Auto Paint Shop at No. 415 East Center Street.
Comsolidated Voting Precinct "D" comprising state and
county precincts "Anaheim Precinct No. 5" and "Anaheim precinct
No. 611, and the polling; place thereof shall be in the Citron
Street School at No. 124. South Citron Street.
Consolidated Voting Precinct "E" comprising state and
county precincts "Anaheim Precinct No. 71, and "Anaheim Precinct
No. 811, and the polling: place thereof shall be &t the City Hall
Building; at No. 204 East Center Street.

3 No. 1011, and the polling place thereof shall be at the office of
4 the Gibbs Lumber Company at No. 225 South Vine Street.
5 Section 4. Said election shall be held and conducted
6! and notice thereof shall be given in accordance with an Act of
7� the Legislature of the State of California entitled "An Act
8 to provide for and regulate municipal elections in cities of
9 the fifth and sixth class," approved Inay 27, 1919, and all acts
10 amendatory thereof; provided that i n all reppects not provided
11 for in said Act of the Legislature, such election shall be held

13 the State of California insofar as the same may be applicable.
