SECTION 8. The City' Clerk of
the City of Anaheim is hereby di-
rected to procure all supplies that
may be necessary to properly con-
duct said special election.
Sample ballots containing the
matter required to be printed on
the ballots to be used at such elec-
tion shall be supplied to the elec-
tors entitled to vote at said elec-
tion by the City Clerk of said City
of Anaheim, but a failure on the
part of`anv elector to receive such
Sample ballot shall not be held to
invalidate the election or affect in
any manner the legality thereof.
SECTION 9. The City Clerk of
the ''City of Anaheim shall certify
to the 'passage of this ordinance
and 'cause the same to be publish -
cd once in the Orange County Plain
Dealer, a daily newspaper of gen-
eral circulation, printed, published
and circulated in said City, and
from and after the date of its pas-
sage the same shall take effect
and be in full force.
The foregoing ordinance was
passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Anaheim held on the
26th day of June, 1924, and the
same is hereby signed. approved

SECTION 1. A Special election
shall be, held and the same is
hereby ordered and called to be
held within the hivitations of they
territory described and bounded, as
hereinbefore more particularly set
forth, on Tuesday, the 29th day of
July, 1924, pursuant to the provis-
ions of an Act of the Legislature
of the State of California, entitled
"An Act to provide for the altera-
tion of the boundaries of and for
the annexation of territory to mu
nieipal corporations, for the incor-
poration of such annexed territory
in and as a part thereof, and for
the districting, government and
municipal control of such annexed
territory", approved June 11, 1913,
and all acts amendatory thereof
and supplementary thereto.
And that at said special election
there shall be submitted to the
qualified electors residing within
the boundaries of said territory,
the question of whether said de-
scribed territory shall be annexed
to, incorporated in and made a,
part of said City of Anaheim.
SECTION 2. That said territory
is hereby designated as "Industrial
Site Addition," and said territory'
sharl be referred to and designated
upon the ballots to be used at said
election, as "Industrial Site Addi-
tion."
SECTION 3. That the territory
within the exterior boundaries
above set forth' is located within
the voting precinct designated East
Anaheim Precinct, the boundaries'
of which said Precinct were fixed
by the Board of Supervisors i ",the'
County of Orange, State of
fornia, at a regular meeting of,
Board of Supervisors held on'
6th day of November, 1923, al

pervisors in the office of the Ceun-
ty Clerk of said County, and ,the j

in said territory for the purpose
of holding said election shall be

And the Board of Trustees does
hereby precinct the whole of said
territory into one special election
Precinct to be designated as "Spe-
cial Election Precinct No. 1," for
the purpose of holding said elec-
tion with location of polling places
therein, and the names of the
election officers as hereinafter set
forth. `
SECTION 4 That the polling
Place in said special election pre-
cinct No. 1 is . hereby fixed and
shall be at the dwelling house
owned by Concepcion R. Wilson
located at 305 La Palma St., R.F.D.,
No. 2, Box 242, Anaheim, Orange
County, California.
