3 THE BOARD OF TRUSTEE'S OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
4 SECTION 1. The City Marshal of the City of Anaheim is

7 within the City of .Anaheim, at which, in the opinion of said Mar -

10 dangerous the crossing of intersections by school children. The
