mentioned, a newspaper of general circulation and is published for the dis-
semination of local and telegraphic news and intelligence of a general char-
acter, having a bona fide subscription list of paying subscribers; that at all
said times said newspaper had been established, printed and published in the
said City of Anaheim, in said County and State at regular intervals for more
than one year preceding the first publication of the notice herein mention-

TR.AF'F'IC ON. THE S'T'REETS OF
THE CITY OF ANAIM •
This Board of Trffstoe8 of the City
of Anaheim do ordain at follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 376
of the City of Anaheim, passed,
adopted, and approved on the 8th day;
of April, 1920, be, and the same is
hereby amended by adding a new sec-
tion to be designated "Section 61,2,"
as follows, to -wit:
"Section 61/2. It shall be un-
lawful for any person to hitch or
cause or permit to be hitched, any
animal, or to leave standing, or
cause or permit to stand or to be
left standing, any vehicle upon
that portion of Lincoln Avenue,
in the City of Anaheim, between
the Westerly 'line of West Street,
and a line drawn at right angles
to said Lincoln Avenue at a point
100 feet Westerly from said
Westerly line of West street or
upon any portion of any other
street in said City, within 20 feet
of the nearest line of any street
that intersects such street or
terminates in such street, or with-
in 20 feet of such side line extend-
ing across such street at right
angles.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
.Section 3. The City Clerk shall
cause this Ordinance to be published'-
once in the Anaheim Gazette,'a news-
paper printed and published in the
City of Anaheim, California, and
thirty (30) days after its final passage;
the same shall take effect and be in
full force. .

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDI-
NANCE NO. 375, PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED ON THE 8TH DAY OF
APRIL, 19202 REGULATING TRAVEL AND TRAFFIC ON THE STREETS OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do
ordain as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 375 of the City of
Anaheim, passed, adopted, and approved on the 8th day of April,
1920, be, and the same is hereby amended by adding a new section
to be designated "Section W", as follows, to -wit:
"Section 11J. It shall be unlawful for any person to
knowifigly and wilfully drive any vehicle upon a public
highway, street or alley in the City of Anaheim, either with-
out due caution and circumspection or in such manner
as to endanger the life, limb, or property of any
person,"
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith,are hereby repealed.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordi-
nance to .be published once in theyl� a f �.E,,.;..L , a
newspaper printed and published in the City of Anaheim,
California, and thirty (30) days after its final passage the same
shall take effect and be in full force.
The foregoing Ordinance is signed, approved and
