AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIiM, CALIFORNIA, AMEND-
INC ORDINANCE NO. 375, PASSED,
ADOPTED, AND APPROVED ON
THE 8TH DAY OF APRIL, 1920,
REGULATING TRAVEL AND
TRAFFIC ON THE STREETS OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
The Board of Trustees of the City
of Anaheiri do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 375
of the City of Anaheim, passed,
adopted, and approved on the 8th day
of April, 1920, be, and the same is
hereby amended by adding a new
vection to be designated "Section
11%," as follows, to -wit:
"Section Ill/.. It shall be un-
lawful for any person to know-
ingly and wilfully drive an ve-
hicle upon a public highway,
street or alley in the City of Ana-
heim, either without due caution
and, circumspection or in such
manner as to endanger the life;
limb, -or property of any person."
Section 2. All ordinances and parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall
cause this Ordinance to be published
once in the Anaheim ,Gazette, a news•
Paper printed and published in the
City of Anaheim, California, and
thirty (30) days after A final passage
the same shall take effect and be in
full force.
The foregoing Ordinance is signed,
approved and attested by me, this
23rd day of April, 1925.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDI-
NANCE N0. 375, PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED ON THE 8th DAY OF
APRIL, 1920, REGULATING TRAVEL AND TRAFFIC ON THE STREETS OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do
ordain as follows:
Section 1; That Ordinance No. 375 of the City of
Anaheim, passed, adopted, and approved on the 8th day of'April, 19
be, and the same is hereby amended by adding a new section to be
designated "Section 6J"2 as foilQws, to -wit;
"Section 6j. It shall be unlawful for any person to hitch
or cause or permit to be hitched, any animal, or to leave stand-
ing,(jor cause or permit to stand or to be left standing,
any vehicle upon that portion of Lincoln Avenue, in the
City of Anaheim, between the Westerly line of West Street,
and a line drawn at right angles to said Lincoln
Avenue at a point 100 feet Westerly from said Westerly
line of Nest street or upon any portion of any other
street in said City, within 20 feet of the nearest
line of any street that intersects such street or ter-
minates in such street, or within 29 feet of such side
line extended across such street at right angles."
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordi-
nance to be published once in the
a newspaper printed and published in the City of Anaheim, Cali-
fornia, and thirty (30) days of#er its final passage the same
shall take effect and be in full force.
