after its final passage and, adoption.

THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES nF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Sectionl. No Building, structure, stand, or improvement,
made or con8tructed of other than stone, brick, or masonry, shall
be erected or constructed in the district hereinafter described,
which is designed, arranged, or intended to be occupied or
;used for the sale of soft drinks, lunches, meals, goods, wares, or
merchandise;
The district hereinbefore referred to is situated in
Ithe City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of ("alifornia, and
id particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southwesterly property
line of North Los Angeles street with the westerly property lil
of North Lemon Street; thence Southerly along said 'Westerly
property line of North Lemon Street to a point Two Hundred
(2.^>0) feet South of the South property line of West La
Palma Avenue to a point two hundred (200) feet westerly,
measured. at right angles, from the westerly property line
of North palm Street; thence Northwestward.ly and North
parallel with and distant uniformly two hundred (200)
feet westerly from said westerly property line of North
palm Street to a point three hundred seventy (370) feet
South of the South property line of Romneya Drive; thence
Fast pz.rallel with and distant uniformly three hundred
seventy (370) feet South from said South property line of
North Los Angeles Street; thence Southeastwardly along
said southwesterly property line of North Los Angeles
Street to the place of beginning.
Section 2. No building, structure, stand, or improve-
ment except such as is constructed of the materials hereinbefore
specified shall be occupied or used for any of the purposes here-
inbefore mentioned in said district.
Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating
any of the provisions of thig ordinance shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by
a fine of not more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, or by
imprisonment in the city jail for a period of not more than six
months, or by,, both such fine or imprisonment. Each such person,
fieri., or coptoration shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense

Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance is for the immediate

Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation in said City
and said ordinance shall take effect and be in full force within
five days after its final passage and adoption.
