SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the
City of Anaheim shall certify to the

the same to be published once in the
Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of gen-
eral circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said city, and thirty days
from and after its final passage it
shall take effect and be in full force.
