AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING SECTION 4
OF ORDINANCE NO. 161, EN-
TITLED AN ORDINANCE FIXING
THE COMPENSATION OF CER-
TAIN OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OFI
rHE CITY OF ANAHEIM DO OR- II
DAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section No. 4 of
3rdinance No. 161, entitled An Ordi-
aance fixing the compensation of cer-
ain officers of the city of Anaheim, is
aereby amended to read as follows:
Section 4. The compensation of the
Recorder of said City shall be and is
hereby fixed at the sum of One Hun -
fired Fifty ($150.00) Dollars per -month,
payable monthly at the same time and
aut of the same fund that the salaries
A other officers of said city are paid,
which compensation shall be in full for
all services now or which may here-
after be required of him by any law of
the State of California, or by any ordi-
nance of said City now in effect or
which may hereafter be enacted or
adopted.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict with or incon-
sistent with the provisions of this Ordi-
nance are hereby repealed, except that
this repeal shall not affect or prevent
the prosecution or punishment of any
person for any act done or committed
in violation of any ordinance .hereby
repealed prior to the taking effect of
this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the
City of Anaheim shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and cause
the same to be published once in the
Anaheim Gazette, a weekly newspaper
of general circulation in the City of .
Anaheim, and from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in
full force.
The foregoing Ordinance is signed,
approved and attested by me this 9th
day of December, 1926.
