The Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim Do Ordain as Follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 17 of
dinance 442 entitled "An Ordiance Pro=
viding for the Licensing of Business,
Professions, Shows, Exhibitions and
Games Conducted or Carried on in the
City of Anaheim, Fixing the Rate of
License Therefor, Providing for Cal
lection Thereof and Fixing Penalties
for the Violation Thereof," be and the
same is hereby amended to read ab j
follows:
"SECTION 17. For' every pe
firm or corporation carrying on, con
ducting or managing or engaged in the
business of selling at auction, goo4
wares or merchandise, Thirty-fiv4 >
Dollars ($35.00) per day. For every
person, firm or corporation, conducting
managing, carrying on or engaged 1*
the business of selling at auction arty<
chattels other than goods, wares or ,.
merchandise, Twenty-five Dollars
($25:00) per month."
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict with the pro-
visions of this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this ordinance
and cause the same to be published
once in the Anaheim Gazette, a news-
paper published and circulated in the !
City- of Anaheim, and it shall take of-;
feet and be in full force from and after'
its final passage.

OF LICENSE THEREFOR PROVIDING FOR COLLECTION THEREOF AND FIXINGPENALTIES FOR THE ViOLATIOB THEREOF,"
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM 10 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l; That Section 17 of Ordinance 442 entitled "An
Ordinance Providing for the Licensing of Business►, Professions,
Shows,, Exhibitions and Game Conducted or Carried an in the City
of Anaheimo Fixing the Rate of License Therefor, Providing for
Collection Thereof and Fixing Penalties for the Violation Thereof,"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 17 For every person, firm or corporation currying
on, conducting or managing or engaged in the business of selling
at auction, goods, wares or .merchandise, 'thirty-five dollars
($35.04) per day.
For every person, firm or corporation, oonduoting,
managging, carrying on or engaged in the business of selling at
auction any chattels other than goods, wares or merchandise,
Twenty -Five Dollars ($25.00) per nth. "
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parte of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3-0 The City Clerk shall certify to Ahe passage
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once In the
Anaheim gazette, a newspaper published and circulated in the City
of Anaheim and it shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its final passage.
