The Board of Trustees of the City
of Anaheim Do Ordainas .Follows:
SECTION 1. That SECTION - 3 of
Ordinance No. 356 be, and the same is
hereby amended to read aa follows:

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 358, ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE OFFICE OF CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM, DEFINING HIS POKERS, PRESCRIBING HIS DUTIES AND FIXING
HIS COMPENSATION.
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That SECTION 3 of Ordinance Number 35,8 be, and th,
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 3: As compensation for his services, the City
Manager shall receive the sum of One Hundred Fifty ($150.00)
Dollars per month, payable at the time in the same manner and out
of the same fund that the salaries of other officers of said City
are paid, and which sum shall be in full payment for all services
to be rendered by him as City Manager and Superintendent of
Streets and as ex -officio Plumbing Inspector and ex -officio City
Electrician of said City.
SECTION 2: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this Ordinance, and cause the same to be published once in the
"Anaheim Gazette", a newspaper published and circulated in the
City of Anaheim, and from and after its final passage, it shall be
in full force and effect.
