acter, having a bona fide subscription list of paying subscribers; that at all
said times said newspaper had been. established, printed and published in the
said City of Anaheim, in said County and State at regular intervals for more

ANAHEIM, FIXING THE AMOUNT
OF THE OFFICIAL BONDS OF TH
CLERK, TREASURER, MARSHAL
AND RECORDER OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM, AND REPEALING OR-
DINANCE NUMBER 93 OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE
AMOUNT OF THE OFFICIAL
BONDS OF THE CLERK, TREAS-
URER, MARSHAL AND RECORDER
OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM."
THF. BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THF. CITY OF ANAHEIM DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION L Before the entry upon
the duties of their respective offices,
the Clerk, who is Ex -Officio Assessor,
the Treasurer, the Marshal, who is Ex -
Officio Tax and License Collector, and
the Recorder, of the said City of Ana-
heim, shall execute bonds to the City
of Anaheim, in the following penal
sums, to -wit:
The said Clerk, who is Ex -Officio
Assessor, in the penal sum of Two
Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars.
The said Treasurer, in the penal sum
of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars.
The said Marshal, who is Ex -Officio
Tax and License Collector, in the penal
sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dol-
lars.
The said Recorder, in the penal sum
Of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 93, en-
titled "An Ordinance Fixing the Amount
of the Official Bonds of the Clerk,
Treasurer, Marshal and Recorder of the
City of Anaheim" and all other Ordi-
nances and parts of Ordinances in con-
flict with the provisions of this Ordi-
nance, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this Ordinance,
F' and cause the same to be published
once in the "Anaheim Gazette," a
E weekly newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in said
City of Anaheim, and said Ordinance
shall take effect on and after the 16th
day of April, 1928.
The foregoing Ordinance is signed,
approved and attested by me this 22nd
day of March, 1928.
