THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DO OR-
DAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That there be and here-
by is fixed and levied a property tax
for the fiscal year 1928-1929 of Forty-
seven cents and eight and five -tenths
mills (.4785) on each One Hundred Dol-
lyars ($100.00) of the assessed valua-
tion of all real and personal property
within the corporate limits of the City
of Anaheim, for the ordinary annual
expenditures of said City.
SECTION 2. That there be and here-
by is fixed and levied a property tax
for the fiscal year 1928-1929 of Two and
two-tenths mills (.0022) on each One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the as-
sessed valuation of all real and per-
sonal property within the corporate
limits of the City of Anaheim, except
only the property within the annexed
territories as described and approved
by Ordinances Numbers 395, 423, 435,
and 456, for the purpose of paying the
annual interest of the indebtedness of
said City incurred for the purpose of
constructing a City Electric Light
Plant, together with one -fortieth (1-40)
of said indebtedness.
SECTION 3. That there be and is
hereby fixed and levied a property tax
for the fiscal year 1928-1929 of Six
and three -tenths mills (.0063) on each
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the
assessed valuation of all real and per-
sonal property within the cdrporate
limits of the City of Anaheim, except
only the property within the annexed
territories as described and approved by
Ordinances Numbers 395, 423, 435, and
456, for the purpose of paying the an-
nual interest of the indebtedness of
said City incurred for the purpose of
the extension and improvement of the
Electric Light Plant, together with one -
fortieth (1-40) of the said indebtedness.
SECTION 4. That there be and here-
by is fixed and levied a property tax
for the fiscal year 1928-1929 of Two
cents and one-tenth mills (.0210) on
each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of
the assessed 'valuation of all real and
personal property within the corporate
limits of the City of Anaheim, except
only the property within the annexed
territories as described and approved
by Ordinances Numbers 395, 423, 435,
and 456, for the purpose of paying the
annual interest of the indebtedness of
said city, incurred for the extension and
improvement of the City Electric Light
Plant, together with one -fortieth (1-40)
of said indebtedness.

for the fiscal year 192S-1929 of Seven

(.0742) on each One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) of the assessed valuation of
all real and personal property within
the corporate limits of the City of Ana-
heim, except only the property within
the annexed territories as described and
approved by Ordinances Numbers 423.

edness of said City, incurred for the
purpose of the acquisition and comple-
tion by the City of Anaheim of a pub-

tion of all real and personal property
within the corporate limits of the City
of Anaheim, except only the property
within the annexed territories as de-
scribed and approved by Ordinances
Numbers 423, 435, and 456, for the
purpose of paying the annual interest
of the indebtedness of said City, in-
curred for the purpose of the con-
struction and completion by the City of
Anaheim of a building for municipal
uses, together with one -thirtieth (1-30)
of said indebtedness.
SECTION 11. That there be and here-
by is fixed and levied a property tax
for the fiscal year 1928-1929 of Three
cents and seven and five -tenths mills
(.0375) on each One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) of the assessed valuation of
all real and personal property within
the corporate limits of the City of
Anaheim, except only the property
within the annexed territories as do-

pose of paying the annual interest of
the indebtedness of said City, incurred

est of the indebtedness of said City,
incurred for the purpose of street im-
provements, together with one -fortieth

tax for the fiscal year 1928-1929 of

mills (.0684) on each One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00) of the assessed val-

City of Anaheim, except only the prop-

purpose of paying the annual interest of the indebtedness of said
City, incurred for the purpose of the completion of the City Hall,j
together with one -fortieth (1-40) of said indebtedness.
SECTION 16. That there be and hereby is fixed and levied a
property tax for the fiscal year 1928-1929 of Two cents and six
and nine -tenths mills (.0269) on each One Hundred Dollars
(4100.00) of the assessed valuation of all real and personal
property within the corporate limits of the City of Anaheim,
except only the property within the annexed territories as
described and approved by Ordinances Numbers 433, 435, and 456,
for the purpose of paying the annual interest of the indebtess
of said City, incurred for the purpose of street improvements,
together with one -fortieth (1-40) of said indebtedness.
14 SECTION 17. That there be and hereby is fixed and levied a
15 property tax for the fiscal year 1928-1929 of Nine cents and
16 seven and three -tenths mills (,0973) on each One Hundred. Dollars
17 ( $100.00) of the assessed valuation of all real and personal
18 property within the corporate limits of the City of, Anaheim,
19 except only the property within the annexed territory as
20 described and approved by Ordinance No. 456, for the purpose of
21 paying the annual interest of the indebtedness of said City, tn-
22 carred for the purpose of joint sewer construction, together wttb
23 ane -fortieth (1-40) of said indebtedness.
24 SECTION 18. That there be and hereby is fixed and levied a
25 property tax for the fiscal year 1928-1929 of Seven cents and five
26 tenths mills (.0705) on each One Hundred Dollars (#100.00) of the

assessed valuation of all real and personal property within the
corporate limits of the City of Anaheim, except only the property
within the annexed territory as described and approved by
Ordinance No. 456, for the purpose of paying the annual interest
of the indebtedness of said City, incurred for the purpose of
extensions and improvements to the Water storks of said City,
1 together with Three one --hundred tenths (3-110) of said
2 indebtedness.
3 SECTION 19, The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall
4 ij certify to the passage of this Ordinance, and cause the same to
5 be published once in the "Anaheim Gazette,' a newspaper of gen-
6 eral circulation, printed, .published and circulated in ;said City,

7 ° and therefrom and thereafter the same shall take affectland be
8 in full force.
9 The foregoing :Ordinance Number 527 was passed and adopted by
10 the City Council, of the City of Anaheim, on the 13th day of
it September, 192S. -and is signed, approved and attested by me this
