SECTION 1. Sub -section 7 of Sec-
tion 10 of Ordinance No. 507 is hereby
amended to read as fellows:
Of selling at auction goods, wares
and merchandise from a fixed place of i
business in the City of Anaheim, One =
Hundred ($100.00) Dollars per year,
which sum is made payable on the t
first day of July of each and every year, €
and which sum shall not be pro -rated
for any term shorter than one (1) j
year, anything in this Ordinance to the !
contrary notwithstanding."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the
City of Anaheim shall certify to the i
passage of this ordinance, and shall
cause the same to be printed and pub-
lished once in the Anaheim Gazette, a !!!

ed published and circulated in said
city, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect
and be in full force.
