acter, having a bona fide subscription list of paying subscribers; that at all
said times said newspaper had been established, printed and published in the
said City of Anaheim, in said County and State at regular intervals for more
than one year preceding the first publication of the notice herein mention-

LOWS:

SECTION 7-. That Section 24 of Ordi-
ranee. No. 54, entitled "An Ordinance
Providingo, System for the Assessment,
Levy d.:d Collection of City Taxes for
the Cit;; of Anaheim," be and the same
is hereby amended to read as followe:
"Section 24. Within ten days aft-
er the receipt of the. assessment

notice specifying that taxes on all
personal property, secured by real
property, and on .all real estate,
will be due and payable on the 1st
day of Novc.-wber of each year, and
