1 "WHOLESALE" LICENSE. For every person conducting or carrying
2 on the business of selling alcoholic beverages at wholesale, the
3 license fee shall be One Hundred Twenty ($P120.00) Dollars per year
4 payable semi-annually on the 1st day of January and July of each
5 year. A person shall be deemed to be doing business at wholesale
6 in the City of Anaheim where any part of said business is carried
7 on in said city and whether or not a place of business is maintainN,d
8 in said city. The term "Wholesale" License means and includes a
9 license to manufacture or to sell, or solicit for the sale of
10 alcoholic beverages to "On Sale" and "Off Sale" licensees in the
11 City of Anaheim.
12 SECTION 24. No person holding a "On Sale" License shall
13 be permitted to do or maintain a street curb business nor to
14 dispense or serve alcoholic beverages to any person in any
15 vehicle.
16 SECTION TWO. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
17 conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
18 SECTION THREE, The City Clerk shall cause this ordinance
19 to be published once in the Anaheim Gazette a weekly newspaper
20 printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim, and
21 shall take effect immediately upon its passage; and the City
22 Council does declare that the above ordina<ce was passed as an
23 urgency measure.
