mentioned, a newspaper of general circulation and is published for the dis-
semination of local and telegraphic news and intelligence of a general char-
acter, having a bona fide subscription list of paying subscribers; that at all
said times said newspaper had been established, printed and published in the
said City of Anaheim, in said County and State at regular intervals for more
than one year preceding the first publication of the notice herein mention-

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY l
OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 34 of Or-
dinance No. 573 of the City of Anaheim, I
entitled "An Ordinance Providing a r
System for the Assessment, Levy and ,
Collection of City Taxes for the City of
Anaheim,,, be and the same is hereby'
amended to read as follows:

Section 34. Publication must be:
made by two (2) insertions thereof, the
second insertion to be -published not less I
than five (5), nor more than ten (10),
days from the first insertion, in a news-
paper of geperal circulation, or a supple-
ment thereto, published in the City of,
Anaheim.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall t
cause this ordinance to be Published
once in the Anaheim - Gazette, and it
shall take effect thirty (30) days after
its final passage.

N0. 573 OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDI-,?G A
SYSTEM FOR THE ASSESSMENT LEVY AND COLLECTION OF CITY TAXES FOR THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM."
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 34 of Ordinance No. 573 of the City of
Anaheim, entitled "An Ordinance Providing a System for the Assessment,
Levy and Collection of City Taxes for the City of Anaheim," be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 34. Publication must be made by two (2) insertions thereof,
the second insertion to be published not less than five (5), nor more
than ten (10), days from the first insertion, in a newspaper of general
circulation, or a supplement thereto published in the City of Anaheim.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall cause this ordinance to be publish-
ed once in the Anaheim Gazette, and it shall take effect thirty (30)
days after its final passage.
