SUMMARY VACATION. (Abandonment No. ABA 2007 00150) WHEREAS, an applicant has requested the vacation of a public utility easement located at 160 North Riverview Drive, Anaheim, California, in order to clear title to the land and facilitate the development of a three story office building and parking lot, pursuant to Building Plan BLD2007- 00370; and WHEREAS, the public utility easement to be vacated is not necessary for present or prospective public utility purposes; and WHEREAS, the easement to be vacated is superseded by relocation of a public utility easement and there are no other public facilities located within the easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of a public utility easement as set forth in an Easement recorded as Instrument Number 83- 589124 of Official Records, Orange County, State of California, as shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby authorized and directed, to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange.
