A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R -124 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 19, 2007, that Resolution No. 2000R -124 be amended in the manner set forth,
effective June 29, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment to Resolution No. 2000R -124, is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R-
124 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Middle
Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R -124 be amended as follows:
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -124 be amended by adding the following
classifications and allocating them to the salary range as shown:
Classification Salary Range
Public Utilities Strategic Planning Manager X CR17
Utilities Administrative Services Manager X CR16
2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -124 be amended by deleting the following
classifications:
Classification: Salary Range
Community Preservation Supervisor X CR10
Financial Planning Manager X CR16
Utilities Administrative Safety Manager X CR15
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said amendment shall not become effective
until June 29, 2007.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 2000R -124 shall remain in full force and effect.
