RES-2009-073RESOLUTION NO. 2009 073 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY -OWNED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim (the "City is the owner, in fee title, of certain property generally located at the northeast corner of Weir Canyon Drive and La Palma Avenue, known as Assessor's Parcel Number 351 042 -32; and WHEREAS, a portion of the City -owned property along the northerly side of Weir Canyon Road is required for a right -hand turn lane onto northeast -bound La Palma Avenue; and, WHEREAS, it was been determined that the street improvements have been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and allotice of Completion has been filed with the Orange County Recorder; and, WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to dedicate the affected portion of the City -owned property for road and public utility purposes. NOW T1-IEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby dedicate that certain City -owned property described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and incorporated by this reference herein for public road and utility purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby accept said property described in Exhibits "A" and "B" into the public street system. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City ol Anaheim this 28th day of April 2009.
