A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
2007 -112, NUNC PRO TUNC, RELATING TO THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF RATES TO BE CHARGED
FOR SPACE, LABOR, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
AT THE ANAHEIM CONVENTION CENTER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, on June 19, 2007, adopt
Resolution No. 2007 -112; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, Exhibit "C" setting forth the parking
rates for fiscal year 2007 -08 was not attached to the resolution; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the reference to the Resolution No.
2004R -130 as having established the previous rates for space, labor and equipment and services at the
Convention Center should have been to Resolution No. 2006 -142; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the resolution failed to expressly
supercede the parking rates previously approved by Resolution 2005 -121; and
WHEREAS, the City desires, and the public interest and general welfare requires, that said
errors be corrected nunc pro tune.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Resolution No. 2007-112 be, and the same is hereby amended, nunc pro tune, as follows:
1_. Exhibit "C" attached hereto, which exhibit sets forth the parking rates for fiscal year
2007 -08 for the Convention Center, shall be incorporated into Resolution No. 2007 -112 and become a part
thereof;
2. The term, "Resolution 2004R -130" in the third paragraph of page 2 of the Resolution
No. 2007-112 is hereby replaced with "Resolution 2006 -142 and
No.2007 -112:
3. The following new fourth paragraph shall be added to page 2 of Resolution
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that those rates set forth in
Resolution No. 2005 -127 are superceded to the extent
inconsistent with this Resolution, effective July I, 2007."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects, said Resolution No. 2007 -112
shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim this 1 71 day of July 2007, by the following roll -call vote:

PARKING LOT REGULATIONS
To Our Guests, Tenants and Exhibitors:
For your information, the Anaheim Convention
Center Parking Lot Regulations are:
1. The established parking fee for each entry is:
Standard Rate: $10.00
Preferred Rate: $12.00
Premium Rate: $15.00
Please check with your Event Coordinator to
confirm the parking rate for your event. NOTE:
Parking fee for move -in days and move -out days
could vary from event days.
The parking ticket is good for one entry only on
show days and is not valid for in out parking.
2. The Exhibitor move -in move -out parking fee
will be the prevailing daily rate and will include
unlimited in/out privileges on a space available
basis. In the event the last move -in day or the
first move -out day is also a show day, the charge
will be based on a per entry basis.
3. The parking receipt must be visible on the front
left portion of the vehicle's dashboard.
4. The parking ticket is not transferable.
5. Vehicles m excess of 20 feet in length will be
charged double the daily rate per entry. These
vehicles must be parked in designated spaces;
total length not to exceed 40 feet.
6. Please park only in marked stall. Vehicles
parked in unauthorized areas will be towed
away. Anaheim Municipal Code 14.32.170
7. Overnight parking of vehicles is prohibited. This
includes all vehicles that comprise temporary
living facilities. Anaheim Municipal Code
4.32.160
8. Please, no backing into stalls. Anaheim
Municipal Code 14.32.17

9. Selling, soliciting of sales, demonstrations of
equipment and using handbills is prohibited in
the parking lots and parking structures.

10. Vehicles, displays, machinery, towed loads,
advertisement, etc., parking in the parking lot to
be used in conjunction with an event currently
using the Anaheim Convention Center must
have prior approval, and if permitted, will be
required to pay rental space and or parking fee
as referred to in the contract.
11. Vehicle speed limit is 5 m.p.h.
12. All overhead structure clearance signs must be
observed.
13. All special requests regarding the
aforementioned regulations must be submitted
in writing to Convention Center Management
and receive approval prior to the start of the
event.
14. Equipment storage of any kind, including but
not limited to forklift, high lifts, scissor lifts,
electric carts, etc., must be stored in the crate
storage area, east of Car Park 6 ONLY.
Equipment stored in unauthorized areas may be
towed. The responsible party will also be liable
for the payment of storage fees. In addition, the
time spent by Anaheim Convention Center
personnel researching the status of the
equipment and making arrangements for
equipment removal will be calculated and
included in the billing.
Your cooperation in observing the
regulations is requested. Violations will
result in citation and or tow -away.
