A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R -124 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated August 21, 2007, that Resolution No. 2000R -124 be amended in the
manner set forth, effective August 24, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment to Resolution No. 2000R -124, is in the best interest of the
City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
2000R -124 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as
Middle Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R -124 be amended as follows:
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -124 be amended by adding the
following classification and allocating it to the salary range as shown:
Classification
Street Maintenance and Sanitation Administrator
Salary Range
X CR16
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said amendment shall not become
effective
until August 24, 2007.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 2000R -124 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
