A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM VACATING TWO PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOCATED AT 2100 SOUTH LEWIS STREET PURSUANT TO
CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAY CODE SECTION
8330, ET SEQ. SUMMARY VACATION. (Abandonment No.
ABA 2007 00152)
WHEREAS, an applicant has requested the vacation of two public utility easements
located at 2100 South Lewis Street; and
WHEREAS, the two public utility easements to be vacated are not necessary for
present or prospective public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the easements to be vacated are superseded by relocation of two public
utility easements and there are no other public facilities located within the easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of two public utility easements as set forth in an easement
deed recorded November 4, 1988 as instrument number 88- 569858 of Official Records, Orange
County, State of California, as shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby authorized
and directed, to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of Orange.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date the certified copy of this
Resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, the vacation shall be
complete and the public service easement vacated shall no longer constitute a public service
easement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 21st Day of August 2007 by the following roll call vote:

For valuable consideration, receipt of which Is hereby ack-
notieledged, Rodriguez, Jones Company Investment Group, a Califor-
nia Limited Partnership, does hereby irrevocably offer to dedicate
to the City of Anaheim, a municipal corporation, an easement for
road and public utility purposes over, under and across that cer-
tain real 'property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California and more particularly described in
either (i) Exhibits A and B attached hereto and Fade a par` hereof
by this reference or (ii) Exhibits C and D attached hereto and
made a part hereof by this reference. The City of Anaheim Ehall
have the option to accept said easement over the property de-
scribed in either (i) Exhibits A and B or (ii) Exhibits C and D
and upon the acceptance of an easement over either such parcel,
the offer to dedicate the easement over the other such parcel
