A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DESIGNATING CERTAIN PERSONS TO EXECUTE
DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH FEDERAL CIVIL
DEFENSE PROGRAMS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim approved its Resolution No. 2003R -63 on
April 1, 2003, authorizing certain named City employees to execute applications and other documents
necessary to obtain federal financial assistance under the Civil Defense Act of 1950; and
WHEREAS, the list of persons so authorized requires updating to reflect organizational changes
in the City since the adoption of said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the
persons holding the following designated positions are hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of
the City of Anaheim, a charter city established under the laws of the State of California, applications and
other documents required for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance under the Civil Defense Act of
1950 (50 U.S.C. Appndx. 2251 et seq.):
City Manager
Assistant City Manager
Emergency Management Director
Fire Chief
Chief of Police
This Resolution supersedes Resolution No. 2003R -63 which shall be void and of no further
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim this 8th day of March , 2011, by the following roll -call vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait, Council Members Sidhu, Eastman, Galloway, Murray
