MEETING OF MARCH 8, 2011
The Anaheim Public Financing Authority was called to order at 6:00 P.M. for a joint
public comment session with the Anaheim City Council, Anaheim Housing Authority and
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
Present: Chairman Tom Tait and Authority Members: Gail Eastman, Lorri Galloway,
Kris Murray and Harry Sidhu.
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and
Secretary Linda Andal
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority was
posted on March 4, 2011 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No remarks offered during the joint public comment session
related to the Anaheim Public Financing Authority meeting.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 6:47 P.M., Vice Chairman Sidhu moved to approve the
Public Financing Authority consent calendar as presented, seconded by Authority
Member Galloway. Roll Call Vote: Ayes — 5: Chairman Tait and Authority Members:
Eastman, Galloway, Murray and Sidhu. Noes — 0. Motion Carried.
1. RESOLUTION NO. APFA 2011 -002 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY repealing
R1oo Resolution No. APFA92 -1 and fixing the time and place for regular meetings,
providing the manner in which special meetings of the authority may be called,
establishing a seal for the authority, designating an official meeting address, and
establishing the order of business and rules for its proceedings.
RESOLUTION NO. APFA 2011 -003 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY establishing
the days and time for regular meetings of the Authority for the remainder of the
2011 calendar year.
2. Approve minutes of Public Financing Authority special meeting of February 15,
R100 2011.
