A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 2945
WHEREAS, on June 20, 1977, Variance No. 2945 was granted by the Planning
Commission permitting a waiver of maximum sign height to construct a freestanding
sign on an irregularly- shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 3.8 acres
having a frontage of approximately 350 feet on the east side of West Street, having
a maximum depth of approximately 530 feet and being located approximately 780 feet
north of the centerline of Ball Road and further described as 888 South West Street;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Michael J. Anderson /Meyer Investment Properties,
Inc., requests termination of Variance No. 2945, since on November 2, 1981, the
Planning Commission approved Conditional Use Permit No. 2178 (to permit an office
building in the CR (Commercial Recreation) Zone on subject property. One of the
conditions of approval of said conditional use permit included the requirement
that the property owner submit a letter requesting termination of Variance No.
2945.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission '
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 2945 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 28th day of
December, 1981.
