A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
ASSIGNED TO THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, GENERAL UNIT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 19, 2012, that a new job classification be established and an existing job
classification be amended in the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit,
effective June 22, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation
and modification of these classifications and assignment to the Anaheim Municipal Employees
Association, General Unit, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that, effective June 19, 2012 through January 4, 2014, the basic compensation plan
for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future
be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule:

Plan Check Coordinator II 3227 5 — 9 1.15 x Building Permit Technician II
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the current classification of Plan Check
Coordinator be amended by changing the job title to Plan Check Coordinator I; and that the
salary schedule remain the same.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is June
22, 2012.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
