RESOLUTION NO. 76R-1312
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
UNREPRESENTED CLASSIFICATIONS AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 76R-311.
WHEREAS, rates of compensation for job classes represented by
the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association were adjusted effective April 16, 1976,
and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to adjust rates
of compensation for related unrepresented job classes by repealing
Resolution No. 76R- 311 , and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that establishing rates of compensation for these job classes is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim as follows:
Section 1.
That the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees
of the City of Anaheim who are now employed, or will in the future be
employed in any of the classifications listed below, shall be allocated
to salary schedules as follows:

Section 2.
The letter "U" preceding a schedule number indicates that employees
assigned (upgraded) to that job class shall be paid premium pay as provided
in Personnel Rule 6, Premium Pay. The letter "X" preceding a schedule number
indicates that employees working in that job class are exempt from overtime
provisions as provided in Personnel Rule 6.04, Premium Pay. The letter "S"
preceding a schedule number indicates that employees working in that job
class shall be eligible for consideration for merit pay increases as provided
in Personnel Rule 4.17, Appropriate Salary Step.
Section 3.
The regular hourly rate of pay and overtime compensation for employees
working in job classes listed in Section 1 of this Resolution shall be computed
as provided in Personnel Rule 5, flours of Work and Pay Day, and Personnel Rule
6, Premium Pay.
Section 4.
The provisions of this Resolution shall repeal Resolution No. 76R- 311
Section 5.
The effective date of this Resolution shall be the 16th day of
April, 1976.
