REGULAR MEETING OF
OCTOBER 23, 2012
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session on October 23, 2012 in the City Council
Chambers located at 200 Anaheim Boulevard. The meeting was called to order by Chairman
Tait at 5:25 P.M. for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council and the
Anaheim Public Financing Authority.
PRESENT: Chairman Tom Tait and Housing Authority Members: Gail Eastman, Lorri Galloway,
Kris Murray and Harry Sidhu.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Bob Wingenroth, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Secretary
Linda Andal
A copy of the agenda was posted on October 19, 2012 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during joint oral communications related to the
Housing Authority agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 6:30 P.M., Authority Member Sidhu moved to approve the consent
calendar as presented, seconded by Authority Member Murray. Roll Call Vote: Ayes — 5:
(Chairman Tait and Authority Members: Eastman, Galloway, Murray and Sidhu). Noes — 0.
Motion Carried.
Authorize the Authority Executive Director to execute amendments and such other
documentation as may be necessary or appropriate to accomplish the amendment to the
legal description of the real property subject to the Ground Lease for the 700 E. South
Street Affordable Housing Project (Vintage Crossings) operated by the South Street
Anaheim Housing Partners, LP, as Tenant under the Ground Lease (First Amendment to
Ground Lease, First Amendment to Memorandum of Ground Lease, First Amendment to
Subordination Agreement, First Amendment to Memorandum of Affordable Housing
Agreement, First Amendment to Affordable Housing Agreement, First Amendment to
Implementation Agreement, First Amendment to Completion Guaranty, First Amendment
to Request for Notice Under Civil Code Section 2924B, First Modification to Authority
Subordinate Loan Deed of Trust and Assignment of Rents, and First Amendment to
Notice of Affordability Restrictions on Transfer of Property)
2. RESOLUTION NO. AHA 2012 -006 A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD
8100 OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY establishing the dates and time for regular
meetings of the Authority for the 2013 calendar year
3. Approve minutes of Housing Authority meeting of September 25, 2012.

With no other business to conduct, the Housing Authority meeting of October 23, 2012 was
