A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEEDS CONVEYING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES OR
INTERESTS THEREIN.
WHEREAS, that certain deed described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and
incorporated by reference (hereinafter the "DEED "), has been presented to the City of Anaheim all as
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the grantor(s), the real property interest to be conveyed, and the location
of the property described in the DEED are set forth in Exhibit "A "; and
WHEREAS, the owners) of the property described in Exhibit "A" for which a
purchase price is set forth have offered to sell and convey to the City of Anaheim the real property or
interests therein in consideration of the payment by the City of Anaheim of the purchase price; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby find and determine
that it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept the DEED and to pay the grantor(s) the
consideration therefor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the DEED described in Exhibit "A" be, and the same is hereby, accepted and that the
consideration therefor be paid; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed to be an
acceptance of any parcel or property into the City street system (Streets and Highways Code, Section
1806).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she hereby is, authorized
and directed to cause the foregoing DEED to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange following the closure of escrow per instructions.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 20thday of November , 2012, by the following roll call vote:
