RES-2013-021 RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 021 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -008 FOR THE PURPOSE OF MODIFYING A CERTAIN CLASSIFICATION DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated January 29, 2013 that the need exists to modify a certain classification within the designation of Administrative Management, effective January 29, 2013; and WHEREAS, such modification requires an amendment to Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -008, as amended; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that modifying such classification designated as Administrative Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows: SECTION 1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -008 be amended by creating the following classification and allocating it to the salary range as follows: Classification Salary Ranges Fire Marshal XCR19 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -008, be amended by changing the salary range of the following classifications: Classification Salary Range Salary Range From To Water Field Operations Manager XCR18 XCR21 Business Information Systems Manager XCR19 XCR21 SECTION 2. Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2010 -008, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 3.
