AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO
IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING
(RECLASSIFICATION NO. 2001-00048).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, following a duly noticed public hearing held
on June 19, 2001, pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.03.085
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, the Anaheim City Council did adopt
its Resolution No. Resolution No. 2001R-164, as amended
thereafter nunc pro tunc, determining that a change or changes in
the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be
made; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
Parcel A:
That portion of the lands allotted to Paula
Peralta De Dominguez, as described in the
Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho
Santiago de Santa Ana, which was entered
September 12, 1868 in Book "B", page 410 of
Judgments of the District Court of the 17t'
Judicial District in and for Los Angeles
County, California, bounded as follows:
on the North by the Southerly boundary lines
of Tract No. 10407 and Tract No. 10409, as
said Tracts are shown on Maps recorded,
respectively, in Book 486, pages 14 to 16 and
in Book 529, pages 5 through 8 both of

SECTION -2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluc

forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby
adopted and the Planning Department is hereby directed to
prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zor
ung map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adoptee
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of
November .2001.
