funds fairly between the three priority groups: Youth from At-Risk Environments, Senior Citizens/
Vulnerable Elderly, and Low-and Moderate-Income Families. The CSB developed three funding levels
.
in anticipation of an overall reduction in CDBG funding from the Federal government
At the top level, equal to the funding available for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 of $308,400, and after
extensive discussion, the CSB agreed to drop funding for two previously funded agencies, namely 2-1-1
